We want to make sure that your holiday table is set and your gifts arrive on time. Please order early, as many carriers and our fulfillment partner, Wine Shipping, are currently experiencing delays and it may take longer than usual for your order to ship out and be delivered.
Please review our recommended order-by dates below to ensure your wine arrives on time. When possible, we recommend shipping via express delivery.

To receive your order by Saturday, December 25, 2021:
Ground shipment orders must be submitted by 1 PM PST on December 9
Express shipping orders must be submitted by 1 PM PST on December 15
Overnight shipping orders must be submitted by 1 PM PST on December 17
To receive your order by Friday, December 31, 2021:
Ground shipment orders must be submitted by 1 PM PST on December 12
Express shipping orders must be submitted by 1 PM PST on December 22
Overnight shipping orders must be submitted by 1 PM PST on December 23
Please note, carriers do not guarantee ground shipping delivery times.
- While carriers are looking at the increasing volume of transport needs and projecting delivery logistics accordingly, they do not guarantee Ground Shipping delivery times.

- Note that we cannot ship alcohol to a P.O. Box. Double check that your order is going to a deliverable address.
- Please ensure someone 21 years or older is available at time of delivery to accept your package.

Barefoot operates within over 50 unique sets of State Laws & Regulations, unique to the Alcohol Beverage Industry. You can select “Ship To State” in the top-left corner of our website to see how your state is impacted by shipping restrictions.
As of 2021, Barefoot cannot ship any product to: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah and Wyoming.
Separately, many states have restrictions for products made outside of the US and as such we cannot ship Imported Products to: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia.
You can use our brand new for 2021 Track My Order Feature for real-time updates. You can also sign into your Account and go to Order History, or if your order has shipped you can utilize the Tracking Link sent in your Shipping Confirmation Email.
Please contact our Customer Service Department to best help you. Please note, once your order is prepared for Shipment or has shipped, we are unable to alter the delivery address and we recommend you contact the carriers website for available options.
We recommend calling us within 1 hour of the order being placed or a full cancellation and refund. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, we are unable to cancel your order. Please contact our Customer Service Department to best help you.
If your order was cancelled, please contact our Customer Service Department for reason for cancellation. Your Credit Card will not be charged for cancelled items. The pending charge authorization will automatically drop from your account 3-4 business days after cancellation.
We sincerely apologize if this rare scenario has occurred with your shipment. Please handle damaged glass with extreme safety and contact our Customer Service Department immediately.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please verify you have received a shipping confirmation and tracking link from the carrier for your order. Please verify the status of the shipment on the carriers website.
If the carrier’s site indicates the package was delivered but you have not received, we ask that you Check with your neighbors or family members to see if it was accepted on your behalf. We also ask you attempt to verify with the carrier the delivery location.

According to wine shipping laws, wine purchases can not be returned. If you're having issues with your product, please Contact Us.
Orders are generally shipped to you within 2 business days of order placement. If there are extreme weather conditions, or known carrier delays, there may be delays in shipping the order to you. If this occurs, you will be contacted to discuss options.
You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking link and additional tracking information specific to the carrier.
